Pictures from my trips

Near Venezia there are some small islands. One of them is the Burano island where some women embroider as a nice form of art. This one was more than eighty and she never had used glasses.

This picture was taken with a Nikon F5 and a 24-120mm zoom without the use of a flash.

Bordadora

Another picture from a vacacional trip to Viena. This nice interior is the Imperial Austrian Library in Wien. The site had an even natural ligt coming from the windows. This is a picture of the dome where there is a nice "fresco" paint. The statue is an roman emperor. This picture was taken with an Eos 1V with a 14mm f1:2.8 at 1/60 second handheld with this marvelous film coming from Japan, negative 800 ISO.
